   20 Chook Chase Notice

Nomination Forms will be posted on this site late afternoon Friday, June 24

Kenilworth Chook Chase  is a non-competitive off-road trail ride through state forest, open to fully licensed riders on registered motorcycles only (conditional registration not acceptable).

All funds raised from the weekend are distributed to community organisations in Kenilworth.  The Kenilworth Hall, Show and Recreation Ground Association Inc utilises the funds to improve amenities at the hall and surrounding area; the Swimming Pool maintains its facility at the grounds with help of the income from the event; the local emergency services - the SES and the Kenilworth First Responders are greatly aided by the monies raised as is the community newspaper the Mary Valley Voice (http://www.maryvalleyvoice.com/).  All members of these organisations would like to express their appreciation to the entrants in Chokk Chase events over previous years.

All riders in Chook Chase events organised by the Kenilworth Hall, Show and Recreation Grounds Association Inc must agree to the following conditions

  1.  That I participate in the meeting at my sole risk and responsibility;

  2. That I accept the venue as it stands with all or any defects hidden or exposed;

  3. That I will abide by the briefing guidelines;

  4. That I enter this event in the understanding that any motorcycle ridden by me must be currently registered;

  5. That I am the holder of a current motorcycle license authorising me to ride a motorcycle on the road;

  6. Parents and/or guardians are totally responsible for any minors in their care;

  7. 8. Noise curfew on bikes from 6:00pm to 8:00am.  Spot scrutinizing of bike registration will be conducted: those caught cheating will be sent home with no refund!
